Steve has been the Pastor of IABC since July 2005. Before that, he served as Pastor of four other churches here in Texas.

He has been married to his wife Diane since 1984. Together they have three grown children. Macy (married to Josh), Matthew (married to Brenna) and Micah (married to books at present, working on his PhD in Ireland). We also have the best grandson in the world, Aiden.

Steve graduated from Texas Tech and 3 seminaries - Dallas Theological, Southwestern and New Orleans. When he is not working or spending time with family, Steve loves to be outdoors.

Tommy has been on staff for nine years. He is married to Mary Ann and has two grown sons, two lovely daughters-in-law and the best two grandchildren in the world!

Tommy and Mary Ann have been at IABC for over 30 years. Tommy's backround is technology and product design work but God called him to join our church staff in 2012. He has degrees in engineering and business from Texas Tech.

His favorite Bible Verse is Matthew 6:33 - Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Tommy enjoys woodworking and claims he used to be able to shoot a basketball.

Brenda has served at IABC for over 21 years. She completed her undergraduate degree at Midwestern State University and has a master's in Christian Education and Children's Ministry from Dallas Baptist University. Brenda is passionate about partnering with families to reach and teach children in such a way that they become fully developing followers of Jesus.

Brenda is married to Gary and they have three grown sons who are married and eight grandchildren. She loves to spend time with her family, ride horses, and train her two yellow Labrador retrievers.

Josh is from East Texas and has been leading worship in some capacity since he was 13. He graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He has a passion for leading the church in worship and teaching the truths of scripture through songs.

When not at the church, Josh loves to spend time with his wife, Megan, and their dog Millie. He’s a huge Lord of the Rings fan and loves talking about that or music with anyone.

Russ is a Texas Tech graduate, began his church ministry over 48 years ago. After singing and speaking all around the world in the 1980's, Russ joined the staff of IABC in 1989 to serve as their College Minister. The Lord truly blessed his College Ministry more than anyone could have imagined.

In 2006 Russ moved to Nashville TN to further his songwriting career. While there, Russ saw 11 of his songs go to #1 on the National Inspirational Country Music Charts. In 2018 Russ felt the Lord leading him back to IABC to work with their Senior Adults. He considers it a huge blessing to work with these amazing folks, some he has known for over 40 years.

Russ and his wonderful wife, Linda have ministered at prisons, military events and local churches all across our nation. Russ enjoys ministry but the thing that brings him the most joy is being a good husband. By the way, don't challenge Russ to an Andy Griffith Show trivia contest because he is an expert!
